Big Hitter - This agent makes a lot of money.   

MDRT - This agent is well paid and has qualified to use this on their business card.

Debit Agent - The agents that used to collect your premium on a weekly basis. Do these people still exist?

Starving Rookie - This an agent that is not making hardly any money.

Lapsed - Means that you have not paid your policy on time and cancellation is a possibility.

Burial Insurance - A policy that just enough coverage to bury you.

Brainteaser  - An individual who never makes a decision, but loves to get attention from an agent.

Do it yourself - Refers to any person who buys directly from the internet or does not need the assistance of anyone.

A Clients - The best clients of an agent's book of business.

An Appointment - When an agent comes to talk business with you.

We will  Call You - People who want to say no, but never say it to you face.
