T.O. Is Back On the Cowboys Practice Field

By: Jason Cunningham (8/16/2006)

After riding his bike for a few weeks, Dallas Cowboys' receiver Terrell Owens returned to practice yesterday. A nagging hamstring injury had kept him off the field of play.

Terrell Owens is considered one of best receivers in the NFL. However, he has been known to put his needs in front of those of the team. Yet, no one can discount his play on Sunday. In my opinion, no receiver in the league can catch and block better than Owens.

While some might have questioned the severity of Terrell Owens' injury, it is clear that a season ending injury the NFL Preseason would be stupid. Owens gets paid the big bucks to deliver catch and blocks during the NFL regular season and playoffs games. If he is really injured, there is no need to push it, until he heals from injury.
